When first viewing the online booking portal, you will notice two columns: ‘Community & Individual’ and ‘Business & For Profit’:

• Please use Community & Individual’ for all bookings related to community organisations, community events and private functions that do not generate a profit (ie. birthday parties).

• Please use ‘Business & For Profit’ for all bookings related to a business booking, or for events intended to generate profit for a business or individual.

The Committee reserves the right to adjust the price of a booking if the incorrect booking category has been selected.

• After requesting a booking via the online booking portal, a member of the committee will review your request and email you an invoice for payment.

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received by the Mirboo North Grainstore.

• Online bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to the booking start time. If you require a booking within this window, contact the Grainstore via email (mngrainstore@gmail.com).

• Online bookings are open a maximum of 6 months in advance. If you require a booking beyond this window, contact the Grainstore via email (mngrainstore@gmail.com).
