    Bookings have access to the ground floor meeting room. Facilities include:

    • Seatings

    • AV Access (projector with HDMI connection and inbuilt speakers)

    • Screen available on request

    Kitchen facilities:

    • Small fridge available for food storage

    • Gas freestanding oven and stove top

    • Limited crockery and cutlery

    • Limited glasses (water glasses and wine glasses)

    • Bench space for food preparation

    • Sink and dishwashing items (no dishwasher)

    • Limited oven trays

  • Amenities & Access

    Two unisex toilets are located within the Grainstore.

    Ample free carparking is located on the street in front of the Grainstore, and a carpark is located at the rear of the building.

    Building access is via a key (located in a lockbox with pin code)

    • $15 per hour

    • $100 per day

    Special rates are available on request for multi-day hires.

    This pricing is applicable to bookings within standard operating hours (6am-10pm); a surcharge may apply for events held outside of these hours.

  • Deposits are refunded upon confirmation that the space has been left as required in the Terms and Conditions of Hire.

FAQs

Are all areas of the grainstore available to hire?

No. At this stage, hirers have access to the ground floor meeting area, kitchen and toilets. The upstairs areas, and meeting rooms located to the front and rear of the building are not available for hire.

Do I require my own public liability to hire the Grainstore?

The Grainstore holds public liability to cover users of the building, however this insurance does not extend to user belongings. We recommend hirers hold their own insurance to cover loss or damage.
